Getting Started

I'm brand new. Where do I begin?

You don't need to know anything to begin. The only thing required is that something in you is already moving — a question, a longing, a sense that there is more. If you're not ready to begin with the offerings, start with the community. It is designed for exactly where you are right now. You will find education to orient you, people further along the path who remember what it felt like to arrive, and a space that meets you as you are. Come in as you are. That is enough.

Do I need to be a member to access anything?

Membership is how you enter the sacred space of Entheos. Because this is a private spiritual community rather than a public business, becoming a member is what opens the door. It is how we hold the integrity of the work and the people within it. Much of our education and community life is open to those who join, and membership is simple and available to anyone who sincerely seeks it. It is not a barrier. It is a threshold — the way in, and the way we keep this a space set apart.

What is the Entheos Collective?

The Entheos Collective is the heart of the community — the gathering place where the whole path comes alive. It is home to hundreds of sincere seekers walking this road together: people asking the deep questions, doing the real work, and remembering the Divine within alongside one another. Inside you will find education, live calls, guidance, and genuine connection with likeminded souls. If Entheos is a home for remembering, the Collective is the room where we gather. It is where most people begin, and where the path stops being solitary.

The PMA

What is a Private Membership Association (PMA)?

A Private Membership Association is a recognized legal form for private communities organized around shared beliefs. Entheos is structured as a PMA because it is exactly that — a private spiritual community, not a public business. The membership structure reflects what Entheos actually is: a sacred space where sincere seekers gather, where the sacramental path is offered as a spiritual gift rather than a commercial product. Joining as a member is how you enter that space — and how we hold its integrity.

Why does Entheos operate as a PMA?

Entheos operates as a Private Membership Association because that is genuinely what it is: a private spiritual community, not a public business. The sacramental path we hold is sacred, personal, and offered as a gift among members who share sincere belief. A PMA is simply the structure that matches that reality. It lets us keep this a space set apart — private, intentional, and gathered around shared conviction rather than open commerce. We didn't choose the form and then build the community to fit it. The community is what it is, and the PMA is how we honor it.

What does PMA membership involve?

Membership is simple. You affirm that you are entering sincerely, as a responsible adult, in agreement with the shared beliefs and intentions of the community. That's it. There are no lengthy requirements, no gatekeeping, no hoops. It takes only your name and your sincere agreement to what Entheos is and stands for. What membership really involves is not paperwork — it is your yes. Your willingness to step into a private, sacred space and walk the path alongside others who mean it.

Microdosing

What is microdosing?

Microdosing is the practice of receiving the sacrament in a small, gentle amount — enough to support presence and subtle attunement, without the fullness of a ceremonial journey. At Entheos, we hold it within a larger purpose: the reconnection of mind, body, and soul. So much of modern life pulls these three apart, leaving us split from ourselves and searching outside for what was never out there. A microdose can be a quiet support in the work of coming back together, helping you soften into the body, quiet the noise of the mind, and remember the soul beneath both. And in that reconnection, we meet the Divine. Not somewhere distant, but within — in the wholeness of the self restored. It is one gentle way of walking that path.

How is microdosing different from a full psychedelic experience?

The difference is one of depth and intention. A full sacramental experience is a threshold. A dedicated journey, set apart from ordinary life, where the veil thins and you meet what is beneath the surface directly. It asks for preparation, space, and a long arc of integration afterward, as what you encountered slowly finds its place in how you live. Microdosing is quieter. It doesn't remove you from daily life; it accompanies you through it. Rather than crossing the threshold, you carry a subtle thread of presence into the ordinary hours — softening the mind, settling into the body, staying near the soul while you live your life. Here, integration isn't a separate season of work. It happens in real time, woven into the day itself.

Both serve the same purpose: reconnection to mind, body, and soul, and through that reconnection, communion with the Divine within. One does it by taking you deep. The other by keeping you close. Different rhythms of the same path.

Which protocol should I start with?

A protocol is a good place to begin. Most people start with a simple, structured rhythm — regular days on and days off — that lets you get to know the practice with enough form to understand what it's for and how to work with it. Structure is helpful at the start. It gives you a container while the relationship is still new.

But hold the protocol lightly, because it is not the destination. The real aim of this work is an intuitive relationship with the practice — the point where you no longer need a schedule to tell you, because you can feel it. When to receive, when to rest, what a given season is asking of you. A protocol is simply the training ground for that deeper knowing. It introduces the practice into your life in a way you can trust, and over time it hands you back to your own inner guidance.

That is where we are always pointing: not toward dependence on a formula, but toward the innate intuition that the practice is meant to awaken. Start with a protocol that feels aligned for your life. There is no right or wrong path. Then, grow toward your innate intuitive knowing.

Sacred Reciprocity

How does the access-based model work?

Entheos operates on an access model rather than a traditional price. What you see listed reflects the full offering, but it is not a fixed cost or a barrier. Through our Sacred Reciprocity Promise, you are invited to step in at the level of access you genuinely need. If what's shown isn't where you are right now, you reach out, and we find the way in that works for you. Those who are able to give more help hold the door open for those who can't yet — so the path stays available to everyone who sincerely seeks it, regardless of means. It is less a transaction than a shared agreement to keep this work within reach.

What if I genuinely can't afford to contribute?

Then you are still welcome. Fully. No sincere seeker is ever turned away from Entheos for reasons of means. If the access shown isn't where you are right now, you reach out and we find the way in that works for you. There is no application to prove, no hardship to justify, no explanation you owe anyone. The path was never meant to be gated by money. Those who are able to give more help keep the door open for those who can't yet. That is the reciprocity at work. Your sincerity and integrity is the only thing that has ever been required.

Why doesn't Entheos just set fixed prices?

Because a fixed price would make this something it isn't. Entheos is a private spiritual community, not a business, and the path we hold is a sacrament rather than a product. A set price would quietly turn a sacred exchange into a transaction, and reduce something living to a line item. Instead we hold an access-based model: what sustains the work is named openly, and you enter at the level of access that is genuine for you. This isn't because the work has no value. It has profound value, and we stand in that fully. It is because that value was never meant to be measured in a single number that lets some in and keeps others out. Reciprocity, not pricing, is how a sacred community keeps its door both open and honored.

Membership

What's the difference between the free community and PMA membership?

Think of them as two thresholds, one inside the other.

The community is the open door. Anyone drawn to this work can step in, gather with likeminded souls, learn from the teachings, join the conversation, and begin walking the path alongside others. It costs nothing, because remembering shouldn't have a gate. This is where most people begin and where the path stops being solitary.

PMA membership is the deeper threshold — the way into the private, sacred heart of Entheos, where the sacramental practice is held. Because that work is sacred and private rather than public, becoming a member is what opens it. It's a sincere affirmation of who you are and what you're stepping into: an agreement to enter this space as a responsible adult, in shared belief, ready to walk the sacramental path with care.

One is the gathering place. The other is the sanctuary within it. Many people spend meaningful time in the community before ever feeling called to cross into membership, and that's exactly as it should be. Each threshold opens when you're ready for it.

How do I become a PMA member?

Becoming a member is simple and takes only a few minutes.

You'll be invited to read and affirm our member agreements — the shared understandings that define what Entheos is, what the community stands for, and the spirit in which our offerings are held. Affirming them is your sincere yes: that you're entering as a responsible adult, in agreement with the beliefs and intentions of this community. All it asks for is your name, your email, and that genuine agreement.

Once you've affirmed them, the door opens. Our guidance and offerings — the private heart of Entheos, where we speak directly about the sacramental practice — become available to you. Everywhere else on this site is open to all, offered as general education. The member space is where the path gets personal.

There's nothing to prove and no one to convince. Just a threshold to cross, when you're ready to cross it.

Can I cancel my membership?

Technically, there's nothing to cancel. And, whenever you wish. Membership is never a trap, and you are always free to step away.

To close your membership, simply reach out to us at info@entheosholistics.com and let us know. There's no exit process to navigate, no retention questions, no friction. We'll take care of it and confirm when it's done.

And the door doesn't lock behind you. If the path calls you back later, you're always welcome to return. Leaving isn't a failure or a final word. Sometimes stepping away is its own part of the journey.

Safety

Is microdosing safe?

Entheos holds the sacramental path as a spiritual practice, not a medical one, so it isn't ours to make claims about safety, treatment, or outcomes. That isn't evasion. It's honesty about what this work is and isn't. What we can say is that the practice is meant to be approached with reverence and responsibility: as a sincere adult, taking genuine ownership of your own journey, in relationship with your own body and its wisdom. For anything medical, we always encourage you to consult a qualified healthcare provider. What we hold is the intention and the container — sacred work, offered with care, to those who sincerely seek it. The responsibility for your path stays honored as yours.

Does Entheos make medical claims?

No. Entheos makes no medical claims, and we're deliberate about that.

We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or promise outcomes for any condition. That isn't a legal hedge. It's a reflection of what this work actually is. Entheos holds a spiritual practice, not a medical one. The sacrament is approached as a sacred ally in the reconnection of mind, body, and soul, never as a treatment or a therapy.

When you read words like healing here, we mean it in the spiritual sense: coming back into right relationship with yourself and remembering the Divine within. Not a clinical outcome. For anything medical, we always point you toward a qualified healthcare provider. What we hold is sacred, and we're careful to keep it named as exactly that.

Who should NOT microdose?

This is exactly the kind of question that belongs between you and a qualified healthcare provider, not one Entheos can answer for you. Because we hold a spiritual practice rather than a medical one, it isn't our place to assess who is or isn't a fit on medical grounds. That discernment is yours to make, in honest counsel with a professional who knows your health, your history, and any medications you're taking.

What we can speak to is readiness of a different kind. This is sacred work. It asks for sincerity, self-responsibility, and a genuine willingness to meet yourself. If you're seeking a quick fix, an escape, or something to hand your agency over to, this likely isn't your season yet. The practice meets people who are ready to be met.

So the honest answer is twofold: let a medical professional speak to your body, and let your own honesty speak to your readiness. Entheos holds the container. The discernment stays yours.
